Warren G. Levenbaum is a partner of the Levenbaum Trachtenberg law firm with offices in 4 states and the CEO and founder of Law Tigers and American Association for Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (AAMIL). Warren has practiced law for more than 40 years and has primarily focused on motorcycle injury cases since founding Law Tigers – America’s Motorcycle Injury Lawyers – in 2001. Josh, a San Francisco native, is a UoP law school graduate who had the privilege of spending a summer studying constitutional law and human rights under United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. With a bent toward civil procedure, evidence, advanced torts, and corporations, this former Eagle Scout has a passion for seeing justice done rightly and honorably.
An educator as much as he is a lawyer, Ben received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Teaching Law in High School, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Property, while attending law school. He also honed his litigation and negotiation skills while working for an insurance defense firm and has received specialized training on the subject of low-speed, rear-impact crashes (LOSRIC).
Outside of work, Ben enjoys flexing his Eagle Scout muscle by hunting, bass-fishing, and camping. He also loves spending time with his family and catching Red Sox games when he can.
Gregory H. Herrman
A native of Hays, Kansas, Herrman comes from a family of lawyers. His father had a general practice in Hays, and an uncle and grandfather also were attorneys. He came to Texas and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas in 1982 and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1986. During his undergraduate years, he worked his way through school by selling Kirby vacuum cleaners door to door, and started his own Kirby franchise during law school.
After getting his J.D., Herrman joined a firm in Corpus Christi, handling both plaintiff’s personal injury and insurance defense cases. After five years, he joined his brother, David, and another attorney to form their own law firm committed solely to representing injured accident victims. Herrman has maintained that focus in his practice ever since.
David E. Herrman
David Herrman is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the Texas Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Born in Hays, Kansas, he received his B.A. summa cum laude from George Washington University in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991.
Justin P. Green
Mr. Green earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Green was selected as a managing editor of the Akron Law Review, received academic excellence awards in Legal Research & Writing and in Real Estate Development Law, and served as a law clerk for the Summit County Court of Common Pleas.
Also while in law school, Mr. Green worked as a summer associate with a Northeast Ohio law firm specializing in Social Security Disability and general civil litigation. His work primarily concerned drafting appeals on behalf of individuals who had been denied Social Security Disability benefits. He also prepared briefs for appeals in select criminal law cases.
Kyzmyck Byerly’s strengths lie in the compassion for the people that she represents. Her conviction drives her to excel, using her knowledge of the law to provide the best possible case results for her clients. She prides on standing up for the rights of personal injury victims and wrongful death victims! Will R. Privette
William Ronald Privette was born in New Jersey, and moved to Texas in 1998 with his family. Will attended high school in Colleyville, Texas and received a golf and music scholarship to Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, emphasizing in Pre-Law. Will participated in debate competitions for his alma mater, most notably in the National Moot-Court Championship for Mediation at John Marshall School of Law for three consecutive years. Will was also recognized as an outstanding delegate in the Model Arab League in 2008-2009, a multi-regional model competition in which university students from across the world learn about and compete as representatives from Member States of the Arab League. From TWU, Will was accepted to Texas Wesleyan School of Law (Now Texas A&M School of Law) where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2012. Since being admitted to practice in Texas, Will has practiced in a variety of fields, including but not limited to: Family Law, Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, Consumer law, Transactional law, and most prominently, Personal Injury Law.

Neely Balko was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and attended Calallen High School. Upon graduation, Neely went to Texas A&M University in College Station and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Agricultural Journalism. Having decided to pursue law at a young age, he went on to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2012.
Neely is excited to practice in the area that he calls home and looks forward to serving his community the best he can. Since becoming licensed in Texas, Neely has practiced almost exclusively in personal injury law. Mr. Balko is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Lane Diamond earned his Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Houston in 2001. Since being admitted to practice in Texas, Lane has primarily litigated both personal injury and commercial cases. Lane worked as in-house counsel for a hospital system. Lane felt it was important for him to returned to a practice exclusively dedicated to working with clients that have been injured due to the negligence of others. This provides Lane the benefit of both helping other while doing something that he enjoys. Lane has been married for over ten years and has two young children.
Josh W. Hopkins
Josh W. Hopkins received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1988. He went on to obtain his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1993 where he participated in varsity moot court as a member of South Texas College of Law’s highly successful moot court team. Josh has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2000. Additionally, he has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. Josh is licensed in all State and Federal Courts of Texas and Louisiana. He is also an admitted patent attorney by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Meneses received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso. During law school, Mr. Meneses worked with the Michigan State Legal Clinic representing clients in immigration proceedings, including filing for asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, adjustment of status, and naturalization applications.
Daniel Covich received his undergraduate degree at Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice to include National Honor Society. Daniel graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Oklahoma to include National Honor Society. Daniel sat for and passed the Texas Bar Exam at age 24. Daniel is a member of the State Bar of Texas; and former committee member for the State Bar of Texas including the Judicial Screening Committee; Elder Law Committee; and Legal Services to the Poor.
Jordan Jackson is an associate at Herrman and Herrman Injury Attorneys and a native of San Antonio, Texas. Kyle Wayne Farrar was born and raised in College Station, Texas. A strong supporter of his alma mater, he graduated from Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After graduation, Mr. Farrar attended Baylor University School of Law and earned his law degree with highest honors, magna cum laude. In law school, Mr. Farrar also served as an executive editor of the Baylor Law Review.
Mr. Farrar began his legal career at Vinson & Elkins LLP, one of the largest law firms not only in the state of Texas, but also nationwide.
