Mark your calendars, request time off work, kiss the kids goodbye (or bring them with you). These motorcycle rallies cannot be missed.

1. Grit City Motorcycle Night – Tacoma, Washington

From May through September, people gather from far and wide to check out each other’s bikes on the third Tuesday of the month. You’ll be in good company if you’ve got a vintage motorcycle, a rat bike, a scooter, or even a moped.

You can even sell your bike or pick one up from another attendee. No professional vendors are allowed, so you’ll avoid any hard sells.

Date: Third Tuesday of each month from May through September

Location: Sig Brewing Company

2. Old Bike Night – Seattle Washington

If you’ve got a thing for old bikes, you’ll want to show up at this event held on the first Wednesday of each month. The official start time is 7pm, but show up around 6pm to enjoy some grub and socialize. The theme is a combination of gushing over bikes, preservation and restoration, and a dash of motorcycle safety.

Dubbed a “local meeting,” there are also chapters in Tacoma and Portland on different days, so feel free to explore the link posted above and find a date that works for you.

Date: First Wednesday of each month

Location: Slim’s Last Chance

3. Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride – Statewide

Don a suit or your finest dapper gear. No matter how you’re dressed, the goal of this really is to positively represent the global motorcycling community. The event also helps promote mental health programs for guys and prostate cancer research, topics that are increasingly relevant but still not talked about at scale.

All bikes are welcome, from classic and vintage models to newer models. The event was started in Australia by a gentleman who gathered a group of bikers to wear suits and ride together.

Today, dozens of countries participate, along with 42 U.S. states. Participating Washington cities include Richland, Seattle, and Tacoma. To view the schedule and the riders who have signed up for each city, click here.

4. Annual Burn Run to Camp Phoenix – Bellingham, Washington

This family-friendly event is for charity. The cause supports children who have sustained burn injuries, and the money goes directly to providing them with both physical and emotional healing.

In addition to a motorcycle ride, you’ll also have the option to participate in games, fire truck rides, and other fun activities. Of course, there will be plenty of food, drink, and merch as well.

Date: 8/14/2022

Location: Lutherwood Camp and Retreat Center

5. The Dream Roll – Shelton, Washington

Attention, ladies! This event is exclusively for you. Join other females for scenic motorcycle rides, swimming in a private lake, delicious dinners, live performances, dancing, and more. This weekend could easily make your top 10 of the best weekends ever.

You’ll be on a 400-acre private retreat with access to bathrooms and showers. What more could a gal want?

Date: 8/19/2022 – 8/21/2022

Location: Panhandle Lake 4-H Camp
