Fountain Hills, Arizona: The Law Tigers, a national association of motorcycle injury lawyers, had no hesitation when it came to sponsoring the Ride For The Salt River Wild Horses. The Salt River Wild horses are a unique population of wild horses that live in central Arizona in the Tonto National Forest, on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and on the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. The Salt River Wild Horses are being threatened by the US Forest Service (USFS) which posted a public notice of roundup and removal. Funds from the ride will go to aid the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group in preserving these amazing animals that signify the very spirit of Arizona’s ‘wild west’ history.
The Ride For The Salt River Wild Horses is a motorcycle ride and victory party which includes taking a scenic ride to where the wild horses live through the Lower Salt River on Bush Highway in the Tonto National Forest.
