David Romagosa was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Romagosa received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Louisiana and attended law school at Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, he clerked for Judge Lamar McCorkle in the 133rd Judicial District Court in Harris County. Mr. Romagosa has become a skilled advocate, successfully litigating for numerous injured individuals and their families.
Mr. Romagosa joined Farrar & Ball as an associate in 2007. He represents individuals, families, and businesses in complex legal disputes involving a variety of matters. His cases involve product defects, trucking accidents, contract disputes, business dealings, workplace accidents, premises liability and cases involving the general negligence of others.
Kyle Wayne Farrar was born and raised in College Station, Texas. A strong supporter of his alma mater, he graduated from Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After graduation, Mr. Farrar attended Baylor University School of Law and earned his law degree with highest honors, magna cum laude. In law school, Mr. Farrar also served as an executive editor of the Baylor Law Review.
Mr. Farrar began his legal career at Vinson & Elkins LLP, one of the largest law firms not only in the state of Texas, but also nationwide. While at Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Farrar quickly distinguished himself as an aggressive and talented attorney. He gained extensive trial experience while exclusively devoting his practice to litigation and trial work. During his tenure at Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Farrar represented numerous Fortune 500 and insurance companies. His practice encompassed both personal injury and commercial disputes, ranging from product defects to tortious interference with a contract.
Mr. Farrar decided to leave his successful practice at V&E to co-found Farrar & Ball, LLP. He now utilizes his professional experience to focus on representing individuals, families, and businesses in complex legal disputes involving a variety of matters. His cases involve product defects, trucking accidents, medical professional liability, contract disputes, business dealings, workplace accidents, premises liability and cases involving the general negligence of others.
Wesley Todd Ball, born and raised in Kingsport, Tennessee, attended the University of Tennessee for his undergraduate work. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Ball was privileged to work for Congressman William Jenkins of The United States House of Representatives and House Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C. He also spent significant time in Spain and Mexico and is proficient in Spanish.
After graduation, Mr. Ball left Tennessee for Baylor University School of Law. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate and earned distinction in oral advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Ball was given the honor to serve as a barrister.
Mr. Ball began his legal career at Adams and Reese LLP, one of the largest law firms in the southern United States. While at Adams and Reese, he focused his practice exclusively on litigation and trial work, representing numerous Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, other large corporations, and insurance companies in cases involving both personal injuries and commercial disputes.
Mr. Ball left Adams and Reese and the defense-oriented practice to focus on representing families and individuals who had been wronged by corporate negligence and malfeasance in product liability and catastrophic injury cases. Shortly thereafter he co-founded Farrar & Ball, LLP with the same goal. Mr. Ball has been lead counsel against virtually every major automobile and tire manufacturer, domestic and foreign. Mr. Ball has successfully obtained verdicts and settlements against numerous Fortune 500 companies, including, but not limited to, Michelin North America, Inc., Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Freightliner, LLC, Bridgestone/Firestone North American Tire, Technical Chemical Company, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, and Michelin Tire Corporation.
