personal, omitted or misrepresented in the emergency medical databank benefit
provided to card holders as further described in this web site. We are not
responsible for any internet/computer malfunctions or interruptions in service.
If an inquiry is made about a cardholder's identification or medical
information data, we cannot guarantee the timeliness of response to the
inquiry. This databank is meant to act as a service to our card holders, but
not as a sole source of medical information. We strongly urge any individual
with medical conditions to carry upon his person written information handily
accessible when medical information is warranted.
